We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lead to join our team at Roche. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization and monetization of our digital pathology solutions in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a local strategy for the commercialization of our digital pathology portfolio, including market research, customer needs analysis, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies and business models to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, clinical applications, and competitive advantages.
- Generate impactful and differentiated value propositions for the Spanish market, leveraging global content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
- Provide robust support for commercial-technical issues, including product-specific training, detailed product explanations, and assistance with product-related queries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and publications in the field of digital pathology and communicate key findings to the team.
- 4+ years of demonstrated prior experience in Marketing or Business Development/Sales with experience in designing and executing innovative marketing strategies and business models.
- In-depth knowledge of the engineering and/or science behind digital pathology solutions.
- Extensive understanding of product functionalities, clinical indications, and market positioning.
- Good marketing skills, with autonomy to design and execute product-focused marketing strategies and tactics.
- Effective communication and training skills, especially in sales force training and interaction with key opinion leaders.
- Good analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
