Job Description

Objective:

Support the implementation of the Career Journey for MSc and CEMS students, focusing on increasing engagement and enhancing career development. Primary assistance to the current MSc Career Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data organization and tracking: Organize student lists, track student activity, and identify outliers (under-users and over-users).
  • Communication and event promotion: Support the promotion of Career Services events to students through digital communications and on-campus posters.
  • Community building: Organize and attend meetings with key student groups on campus, collect feedback, and build community.
  • Coordination with key partners for career sessions: Support coordination with career coaches, alumni, and experts.

  • MS Excel basics (should know what is a VLookUp or Index Match)

Language: English (native or C1 or professional proficiency). Spanish is nice to have.
