System Lead Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Lead Support professional to join our team at Ambit BST. As a member of our Global Application Experience, Global IT team, you will provide technical leadership for on-premise and cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support user communities in Asian or EU zones for application systems.
  • Perform system lead tasks, including application administration and system lifecycle documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership in application roadmap by close coordination with system owners.
  • Participate in build, upgrade, and/or migration projects.
  • Keep systems up-to-date by leading and executing technical upgrades, applying patches, and bug-fixes, including security vulnerabilities.
  • Perform security management tasks, such as user account reviews, technical account reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Follow SOP and conduct activities in a highly regulated and compliant environment.
  • Analyze business needs, prioritize tasks, develop solutions, and conduct data processes to improve the operations of IT systems.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience as application and/or system support (System Engineer) or 6+ years of experience as application owner and/or system administrator.
  • System Administration (Windows, Unix, Linux).
  • Cloud administration (Azure, AWS).
  • Database administration.
  • Information protection and security.
  • Networking.
