We are seeking a highly skilled System Lead Support professional to join our team at Ambit BST. As a key member of our Global Application Experience, Global IT team, you will provide technical leadership for on-premise and cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities- Support user communities in Asian or EU zones for application systems, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Perform system lead tasks, including application administration and system lifecycle documentations, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide technical leadership in application roadmap development, collaborating closely with system owners to drive strategic decision-making.
- Participate in build, upgrade, and/or migration projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay ahead of the curve by leading and executing technical upgrades, applying patches, bug-fixes, and security vulnerabilities to keep systems up-to-date.
- Manage security tasks, such as user account reviews, technical account reviews, and vulnerability assessments, to maintain a secure environment.
- Adhere to SOPs and conduct activities in a highly regulated and compliant environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity.
- Analyze business needs, prioritize tasks, develop solutions, and conduct data processes to improve the operations of IT systems, driving business value and growth.
- 2-5 years of experience as application and/or system support (System Engineer) or 6+ years of experience as application owner and/or system administrator.
- System Administration (Windows, Unix, Linux).
- Cloud administration (Azure, AWS).
- Database administration.
- Information protection and security.
- Networking.
- Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday (1 day of office work | 4 days remote).
