Operations Training Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Training Specialist to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the operations strategy in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Design and Delivery: Design and implement training curriculum, including new starter onboarding training for end users, and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Process Documentation: Work with operations teams to keep training materials updated and reflecting current business processes.
- Monitoring Training Needs: Identify training and development needs in operations and plan how those needs will be met through training.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in training design, development, and delivery within a customer-focused environment, ideally within insurance.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the latest training techniques, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to present complex information in a simple way to a broad range of audiences.
- Personal Qualities: Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, creative and solution-focused, approachable, enthusiastic, and energetic.
