About the Role

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Development Representative with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities for various clients, working closely with an international team of consultants, and utilizing your strong communication skills to develop effective GTM strategies based on different ICPs and German-speaking markets.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive results

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • A proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in a similar role
  • Experience working with different systems to develop smart and effective prospecting strategies
  • Fluency in both German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
