More than a third of all food produced globally is wasted, having a significant impact on the health of our planet. Greenhouse gas emissions from food waste and loss account for 10% of global emissions. Our marketplace app connects businesses with unsold surplus food to consumers who can buy it at one-third of retail value. As a certified B Corporation, our goal is to empower everyone to take action against food waste. We create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to reduce food waste. Our community of over 100 million registered users and 250,000 active partners across 19 countries have saved over 300 million meals from going to waste, avoiding almost 1 million tonnes of CO2e emissions.

About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Sales Recruitment Specialist to join our Global team in Barcelona. This role will entail managing end-to-end recruitment processes within Sales and Key Accounts, focusing on speed and accuracy while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You'll identify and engage candidates interested in working with our organisation, develop streamlined processes, and collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes for Sales and Key Accounts.
  • Proactively source and screen suitable candidates based on relevant experience, skills, values, and mission alignment.
  • Support Hiring Managers with the recruitment process and decision-making.
  • Promote job openings through various channels and maintain an active pipeline of referrals.
  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders.

This role requires experience handling 15+ requisitions at a global scale, success in high-volume recruitment processes, and hands-on experience with direct sourcing.
