\Job Description
\We're seeking an experienced Strategic Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with People Leaders to drive successful hires and improve our recruitment processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading end-to-end recruitment for roles, from drafting job adverts to conducting culture interviews and other recruitment activities.\
- Providing project management support for recruitment-based programs.\
- Maintaining data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data on our ATS platform.\
- Proactively improving our employment brand in the market.\
- Becoming a trusted advisor to People Leaders, empowering them to make informed hiring decisions.\
- Improving and advising on current recruitment best practices.\\/ul\
Required Skills and Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, you'll need:
\- \
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house recruitment.\
- High learning agility and the ability to work with stakeholders from around the globe.\
- A passion for high growth companies and building strong cultures.\
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.\
- Highly-organised, with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.\
- The ability to work with various stakeholders across time zones.\
- Confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including MS Office Suite, Google, and HRIS/Recruitment platforms.\\/ul\

Salary
\We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
