About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Phone Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, representing our company values and principles.
  • Provide first-level support for a range of technical issues, including domains, email, hosting, dedicated and virtual servers, and website creation tools.
  • Accompany customers through the support process, ensuring their questions are fully answered and their needs are met.
  • Detect customer needs and provide recommendations for new products or services.
  • Maintain a commercial attitude and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to our second-level support team.

Requirements:

  • High skills in the German language are essential (Swiss-German is a plus).

  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Experience working in the Swiss market is optimal.
