About the Role
Our New Business Sales team is the engine that drives customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. As an Account Executive, you'll be an elite salesperson with strengths that cover the sales cycle - from prospecting to acquisition and activation. You'll own your market segments with a solution-oriented approach and help grow our customer base at lightning speed.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Outreaching prospects across multiple channels and touchpoints, with a focus on cold-calling
• Developing and executing a lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and maintaining consistent activity levels
• Building and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Being autonomous and balancing your time effectively
• Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition

What We're Looking For
• Fluency in English and Greek
• 1+ year of commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
• Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
• A keen interest in launching a career in sales
• Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to help customers achieve their goals
