About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Services team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for owning the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack and Analytics for our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the MarTech product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing programs to accelerate customer funnel across all customer stages.
  • Manage lead capturing and conversion tools, including Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Own the development of website backend and data reporting, ensuring seamless integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Design and manage dashboards showcasing marketing metrics and candidate quality to monitor and improve the lead acquisition funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to enhance and troubleshoot issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms.

Requirements
