About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Services team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for owning the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack and Analytics for our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the MarTech product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own the overall marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms, systems, and tools, and collaborate with the Tech team and 3rd party providers as needed.
  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing programs to accelerate customer funnel across all customer stages, from lead to onboarded to attrited.
  • Manage lead capturing and lead conversion tools, including Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce, and develop tools and capabilities to enable full funnel marketing attribution.
  • Spearhead the development of lead generation machine learning tools and measure the effectiveness of user journey and marketing campaigns using A/B testing, web analytics, and CRM software.

Requirements
  • Relevant professional Marketing Operations experience in the technology sector.
  • Proven experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, and creating visualizations of data and metrics to drive improvements across lead generation funnel.
  • Experience with Excel and/or SQL, data analysis, manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience with A/B testing, marketing optimization, and experimentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams, agency partners, and C-levels.
  • Experience with Python programming language.
  • Experience in scouting and contracting 3rd party CRM providers.
  • Experience in creating Marketing Attribution models through AI/ML.
  • Experience in commercial/sales operations.
