About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Services team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for owning the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack and Analytics for our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the MarTech product roadmap and strategy, owning the overall marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Develop a roadmap of marketing lifecycle programs to accelerate customer funnel across all customer stages, from lead to attrited stage.
  • Manage lead capturing and lead conversion tools, including Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Own the development of website backend and data reporting.
  • Create and manage dashboards showcasing marketing metrics and candidate quality to monitor and improve the lead acquisition funnel.
  • Measure the effectiveness of user journey and marketing campaigns using A/B testing, web analytics, and CRM software.
  • Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms.

Requirements
  • Relevant professional Marketing Operations experience in the technology sector.
  • Proven experience with business intelligence tools, creating visualization of data and metrics to drive improvements across lead generation funnel.
  • Experience with Excel and/or SQL, data analysis, manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience with A/B testing, marketing optimization, and experimentation.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Adobe, or HubSpot.
