About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Services team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for owning the marketing technology stack and analytics for our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the marketing technology roadmap and strategy.
  • Own the overall marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms, systems, and tools.
  • Develop tools and capabilities to enable full funnel marketing attribution.
  • Manage lead capturing and lead conversion tools, including Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Create and manage dashboards showcasing marketing metrics and candidate quality.
  • Spearhead lead generation machine learning tool development.
  • Measure the effectiveness of user journey and marketing campaigns using A/B testing, web analytics, and CRM software.

Basic Qualifications
  • Relevant professional marketing operations experience in the technology sector.
  • Proven experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau.
  • Experience with Excel and/or SQL, including data analysis, manipulation, and visualization.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and C-levels.
  • Experience with Python programming language.
  • Experience in scouting and contracting 3rd party CRM providers.
  • Experience in creating marketing attribution models through AI/ML.
