Eventbrite is seeking a seasoned Martech & Operations Senior Manager to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the Marketing Function. As a key member of the Marketing Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for refining Eventbrite's marketing engine through the implementation and governance of marketing automation tools, attribution best practices, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage marketing tracking systems to accurately capture campaign performance data across various channels.
• Create and maintain robust attribution models to accurately attribute conversions and revenue to marketing touchpoints along the customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing attribution, automation, and operations.
• Manage marketing attribution/automation/operations projects from initiation to completion, defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
Requirements
• Proven experience in marketing attribution, automation, and operations.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology, tracking, and attribution modeling.
