We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Affiliate Marketing to lead our affiliate department in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving quality traffic and developing strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective affiliate management strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of affiliate managers to achieve maximum performance and dedication
- Oversee the successful management of top accounts and develop strong relationships with key partners
- Attend industry events and provide valuable insights on market and creative trends
- Regularly evaluate and report on department performance and implement new processes for optimization
- Manage business negotiations and close deals with top partners
- Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge sharing across the company
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, or lead generation industry
- Outstanding people management skills and ability to lead by example
- Strong technical understanding and strategic mindset
- KPI-driven and results-oriented
- Business-level English
