Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team at David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and maintaining relationships with affiliates, monitoring affiliate programs, and communicating with clients to answer questions and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and maintain relationships with affiliates
  • Monitor affiliate programs and activities
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Search for affiliate networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with the affiliate program
  • Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
  • Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
  • Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
  • Review sales reports to determine if campaigns are producing results or need to be improved/discontinued
  • Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities
  • Coordinate with the creative team to prepare conversion promo materials for affiliates for specific GEO
  • Write marketing briefs to develop assets for campaigns and initiate new campaign ideas/bonus offers for affiliates
  • Represent the company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in an Affiliate Manager role
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or related field is considered a plus
  • Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers
  • Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), curious and positive attitude
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office package (Excel)
  • Ability to travel to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations when needed
