David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd: Affiliate Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team at David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our international recruitment services, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates/partners
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate programs and activities
  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements
  • Develop proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
  • Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations
  • Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities
  • Coordinate with the creative team to prepare conversion promo materials for affiliates
  • Represent the company at international events and conferences
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in an Affiliate Manager role
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or related field is considered a plus
  • Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers
  • Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
