About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Specialist to join our team at Starcom. As an Affiliate Specialist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our publishers and media partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and recruitment of new publishers for the Spanish and international market, focusing on building lasting relationships and ensuring their loyalty and performance.
  • Monitoring of support activity, performance analysis, and identification of areas for improvement to increase customer and affiliate revenue.
  • Negotiation of placements, collaborations, and optimization opportunities with publishers to create beneficial strategies for our clients and affiliates.
  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance and compliance with objectives, ensuring timely and effective budget management.
  • Management of creative pieces, implementation of pixels, and development of traffic plans to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in the performance marketing sector, with a strong background in media agencies.
  • High level of English (B2 minimum) and proficiency in MS Office, Adservers, and specific affiliation technologies.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for digital media and teamwork.
