About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team at Starcom Melbourne. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, media partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Negotiate placements, collaborations, and special agreements with publishers to create beneficial strategies for our clients and their affiliates.
  • Manage creative pieces, implement pixels, and develop traffic plans to optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in the performance marketing sector.
  • Previous experience in media agency will be valued.
  • High level of English (B2 minimum).
  • Advanced MS Office skills, Adservers (DCM, Weborama, Sizmek...), and knowledge of specific affiliation technologies.
