Job Title: Affiliate Specialist

Join Starcom as an Affiliate Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, a focus on performance, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Affiliate Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for searching and recruiting new publishers for the Spanish and international market, building strong relationships with media partners, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure compliance with objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and recruitment of new publishers for the Spanish and international market
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with media partners to ensure their loyalty and performance
  • Monitoring of support activity, performance analysis, identification of areas for improvement, and recommendation of ways to increase customer and affiliate revenue
  • Negotiation of placements, collaborations, special agreements, and optimization opportunities with publishers for the creation of beneficial strategies for the client and its affiliates
  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance and compliance with objectives
  • Management of creative pieces, implementation of pixels, development of traffic plans
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years experience in the performance marketing sector
  • Previous experience in a media agency will be valued
  • High level of English (B2 minimum)
  • MS Office (advanced level), Adservers (DCM, Weborama, Sizmek...), knowledge and handling of specific affiliation technologies, knowledge of HTML and trafficking
