About the Role

Wallapop, a Barcelona-based scale-up driven by the purpose to empower people to adopt a more conscious and human way of consumption, is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join its Revenue Operations team in Barcelona. This strategic role will play a crucial part in supporting Wallapop PRO business verticals achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires across all Wallapop PRO business verticals.
  • Develop and structure sales playbooks for each business vertical, ensuring relevant, accessible, and up-to-date content.
  • Analyze the commercial performance of the sales funnel and identify areas for improvement to boost effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the commercial effectiveness of sales teams and conduct training sessions to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business.
  • Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in Sales Enablement.
