Strategic Commercial Operations Specialist

Wallapop, a Barcelona-based scale-up driven by the purpose to empower people to adopt a more conscious and human way of consumption, is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join its Revenue Operations team in Barcelona. This strategic role will play a crucial part in supporting Wallapop PRO business verticals achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires across all Wallapop PRO business verticals.
- Develop and structure sales playbooks for each business vertical, ensuring relevant, accessible, and up-to-date content.
- Analyze the commercial performance of the sales funnel and identify areas for improvement to boost effectiveness.
- Evaluate the commercial effectiveness of sales teams and conduct training sessions to help them achieve their goals.
Wallapop operates in Spain, Italy, and Portugal, offering a vast catalogue of products and services. Our mission is to create a connected trade ecosystem that makes second-hand consumption the norm through smart technology use.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business.
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in Sales Enablement.
