Humankind Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Head of Retention and Loyalty Strategy to lead our client's retention and loyalty efforts in Marbella. This full-time role offers flexible hours with the option to work remotely most days, and you'll be required to attend the office 2 days a week.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the strategy and implementation of retention programs, including loyalty, rewards, and gamification initiatives to drive engagement and profitability for clients. As a seasoned marketer from a CRM/retention and loyalty background, you'll bring expertise in leading teams and managing managers, with a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills.

You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with other Directors, including Content & Community, CRO, Regional Heads of Marketing, and Marketing Ops. You'll have 4 direct reports: 2x Heads of and 2x Retention Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate vision and strategy into measurable goals and identify process improvements with clients, partners, and agency teams.
  • Oversee retention performance and establish KPIs to drive growth.
  • Formulate strategies to achieve incremental sales, reduce customer churn, and maximize LTVs.
  • Provide input into the CRM operating budget and ensure efficient marketing spend.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on increasing customer engagement and implementing rewards/discounts programs.
  • Optimize rewards programs for customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop best practices for lifecycle management, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage test and learn capabilities for campaign improvement and provide consulting on DoE, A/B, and multivariate testing.
  • Establish testing methodologies and ensure accuracy of data-driven insights.
About You

We're looking for a highly collaborative individual with excellent experience leading and developing other strong managers. Your blend of CRM, marketing, analytical, and communication skills will enable you to deliver personalized, real-time experiences for clients' customers.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a salary of approximately €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Benefits include flexible working hours, remote work options, and a dynamic team environment.
