**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Retention Strategist to lead our retention and loyalty initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement and profitability.
**About the Role**: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing retention programs, with expertise in customer engagement and loyalty program design, implementation, and management. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of retention programs, including loyalty, rewards, and gamification, designed to increase engagement and profitability for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**: * Develop and implement retention strategies to drive customer engagement and profitability * Manage and oversee the development and implementation of retention programs, including loyalty, rewards, and gamification * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retention initiatives * Analyze results and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize retention programs * Provide input into the CRM operating budget and oversee the efficient use of marketing spend * Ensure rewards programs are optimized for customer satisfaction and profitability
**Requirements**: * 10+ years of experience managing retention programs, with expertise in customer engagement and loyalty program design, implementation, and management * 7+ years of experience driving retention performance, including building a learning culture and managing marketing experimentation * 7+ years in a leadership or management role, demonstrating the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and agency partners * Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret results and site metrics to drive change * Proven experience as a resourceful and results-oriented self-starter, thriving in a feedback-driven, hands-on environment
