We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Reservation Consultant to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our global hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guests' requests in a professional and courteous manner, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Travel Booking: Book global travel experiences to luxury destinations, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise and knowledge of our world-class locations and properties with guests, making thoughtful recommendations to enhance their travel experience.

Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism, with a passion for luxury travel.
- Language Skills: Native or proficiency level in German and fluency in English (C1-C2).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computers and new software.
- Passion for Travel: Genuine interest in travel and hospitality, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
- Customer Service: Solid understanding of service principles and best practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Location and Availability
- Must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain.
- 39 working hours/week.
- We offer rotating schedules.
- 2 consecutive days off (two weekends off per month guaranteed).
- Current opening hours: Mon-Sun 8am to 10pm.
