About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch-speaking Sales Manager to join our team at Nordic Jobs Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts in the Barcelona region and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers, particularly in the Dutch-speaking community, to promote our solar energy solutions.
  • Collaborate with our national Business Development team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to create customized solar solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to highlight the benefits of solar energy and our client's innovative solutions.
  • Apply effective sales strategies and provide thorough follow-up to support customer decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in high-ticket B2C sales, with a strong ability to connect with clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Dutch native or C2 level proficiency, with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse customer portfolio, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven success record and a valid driving license.
