Job Title: Dutch-Speaking Senior Marketing Manager

Are you a marketing professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the Dutch language and culture? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch-Speaking Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

About the Role:

We are a rapidly growing and innovative company that is revolutionizing the renewable energy industry. Our mission is to make solar panels and batteries accessible to every European home by creating the easiest and most affordable way to go solar. As a Local Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, you will be responsible for orchestrating our demand generation efforts, balancing organic and paid tactics in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and be the voice of our customers
  • Develop and implement a local content marketing strategy and implementation
  • Deploy local global marketing campaigns, activities, and best practices from other Otovo markets
  • Be a key user of our CRM (Hubspot) and responsible for our local marketing CRM assets
  • Deploy and optimize our local customer referral program
  • Drive online customer reviews and testimonials
  • Draw insights on local consumers and local competitors
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing performance
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multiple marketing channels
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar field
  • Self-starting mentality with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Proficiency in usual Marketing Platform tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics and in CRM tools such as Hubspot
