About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local Marketing Manager for the Netherlands to join our team at Nordic Jobs Worldwide. As a key member of our international marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our demand generation efforts in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a local content marketing strategy to engage and educate our target audience in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  2. Deploy local global marketing campaigns, activities, and best practices from other Nordic Jobs Worldwide markets.
  3. Be a key user of our CRM (Hubspot) and responsible for our local marketing CRM assets (emailing, contacts lists, workflows, etc).
  4. Deploy and optimize our local customer referral program.
  5. Drive online customer reviews and testimonials.
  6. Draw insights on local consumers and local competitors.
  7. Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing performance.
  8. Collaborate closely with the central marketing teams and other Nordic Jobs Worldwide departments in all of Europe.
Requirements
  1. Fluent in Dutch and English.
  2. At least 5 years of experience managing multiple marketing channels.
  3. A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar field.
  4. Self-starting mentality with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  6. Proficiency in usual Marketing Platform tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics and in CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  7. A blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
  8. A passion for staying abreast of web trends and technologies.
  9. A track record of delivering results efficiently and effectively.
  10. Experience with running integrated campaigns - coordinating, budgeting, measuring impact.
  11. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and central Marketing.
