About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Nordic Jobs Worldwide. As a key member of our international marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies to drive demand generation efforts in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local content marketing strategies to engage with customers and promote our brand
  • Deploy global marketing campaigns and best practices from other markets to drive local results
  • Manage and optimize local marketing CRM assets, including email marketing and customer referral programs
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with central marketing teams and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing multiple marketing channels, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts
  • Proficiency in marketing platform tools, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics, as well as CRM tools like Hubspot
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and cross-functional communication
