About the Role:
We are looking for a talented marketing professional to lead our demand generation efforts in the Netherlands and Belgium. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a local content marketing strategy, deploying global marketing campaigns, and collaborating with our central marketing teams and other departments in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a local content marketing strategy, including blog posts, landing pages, e-books, email nurturing campaigns, and newsletters.
- Deploy global marketing campaigns and best practices from other markets, adapting them to the local context.
- Manage our local marketing CRM assets, including emailing, contacts lists, workflows, and customer referral programs.
- Drive online customer reviews and testimonials, and monitor, optimize, and report on marketing performance.
- Collaborate closely with our central marketing teams and other departments in Europe.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple marketing channels.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar field.
- Self-starting mentality with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in usual Marketing Platform tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and in CRM tools such as Hubspot.
