About this role: As a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager at papernest, you will play a critical part in ensuring the satisfaction of our strategic partners and maximizing account value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and understanding their needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services, and develop strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met, and prioritize customer needs across all departments of the company.

About you: To succeed in this role, you will have a background in business or engineering, with 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting. You should be a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and able to move in a fast-growing environment, being proactive, autonomous, motivated, and organized. Previous experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
