As a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager , you will ensure strategic partner satisfaction and maximize account value. Your responsibilities: Strategic partners Account Management: Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long-term relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Understand partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions. Renew and/or expand existing accounts. Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance. Account growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services. Develop strategies to increase the profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor...). Internal coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met. Ensure all the departments of the company are understood and prioritize customer needs. Your profile: Business or engineering school background 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English Able to move in a fast-growing environment: proactive, autonomous, motivated, and organized Previous experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus What we offer: Thrive in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest.
