Customer Service Representative Opportunity in Greece

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customers' concerns
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • A fluent command of the Dutch language and a B2/C1 level of the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a real team player and committed to your work
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
