We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities based on digital advertising campaigns and improving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas on a quarterly basis and maintain daily/weekly activity targets
- Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
- Educate customers on available cloud solutions
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, engaging with C-level decision-makers, building rapport, and assessing their needs
- Understand prospects' pain points and align business needs with available cloud solutions (solution-selling)
- Update and maintain data in CRM, including managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities
- Work toward team and individual goals related to productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline
- Diligently document customer interactions and deal details in CRM to ensure clarity for all stakeholders
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- EU ID or Spanish Residence card
- German C1 level and English C1
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs with relevant solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
- Comfortable working against quotas in a phone-based environment
- General IT skills and proficiency in navigating computer-based roles
- 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting
- Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Ability to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in business conversations
- Goal-oriented, proactive, confident, and tenacious
- Understanding of local market and business environment
