Job Title: German Business Developer Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities based on digital advertising campaigns and improving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas on a quarterly basis and maintain daily/weekly activity targets
  • Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
  • Educate customers on available cloud solutions
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, engaging with C-level decision-makers, building rapport, and assessing their needs
  • Understand prospects' pain points and align business needs with available cloud solutions (solution-selling)
  • Update and maintain data in CRM, including managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities
  • Work toward team and individual goals related to productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline
  • Diligently document customer interactions and deal details in CRM to ensure clarity for all stakeholders
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • EU ID or Spanish Residence card
  • German C1 level and English C1
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs with relevant solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
  • Comfortable working against quotas in a phone-based environment
  • General IT skills and proficiency in navigating computer-based roles
Desirable:
  • 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting
  • Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in business conversations
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, confident, and tenacious
  • Understanding of local market and business environment
