The Role
The Regional Partnership Manager is responsible for helping to devise and execute our strategic growth plans in specific territories. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of Partnership Managers, as well as winning and maintaining key partner relationships. Our Partnership Managers are integral to the ongoing growth and success of the Lumon private client division, and we aim to provide them with the tools they need to succeed.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruit a team of experienced partnership managers who share our vision and values.
- Provide initial training and ongoing support for the team, including conducting regular 'My Conversation' sessions to help colleagues develop their skills.
- Identify key partners in the region and create bespoke offers to win their business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners within the region, including existing partners and new ones.
- Generate a consistent stream of referrals from the partners managed.
- Deliver training to partners to improve the quantity and quality of referrals generated.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and dealing teams to ensure strong conversions from referral to successful trade.
- Consistently demonstrate the Lumon behaviors and values.
