Regional Partnership Development Manager

About the Role:
The Regional Partnership Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth in specific territories by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of Partnership Managers. This role involves building and maintaining key partner relationships, providing initial training and ongoing support, and collaborating with the onboarding and dealing teams to ensure strong conversions from referral to successful trade.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruit a team of experienced partnership managers
- Provide initial training and ongoing support for the team
- Identify key partners in the region and create bespoke offers to win those partners
- Own relationships with key partners within the region
- Generate a consistent stream of referrals from managed partners
- Deliver training to partners to improve the quantity and quality of referrals generated
- Collaborate with the onboarding and dealing teams to ensure strong conversions from referral to successful trade
