Regional Sales Manager

Tm Grupo Inmobiliario is a leading real estate developer in Spain, with a strong focus on residential tourism and hotel management. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the region.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within a designated geographic area. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing relationship expansion, and building strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or multi-site environment
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
