Join Our Team as a Sales Director at Melia Villaitana

Melia Villaitana, a luxurious resort in the Costa Blanca, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial and marketing strategy that maximizes the hotel's revenue, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy for the hotel. You will be the key contact for business stakeholders and will be responsible for the sales and marketing teams.

The resort offers a range of amenities, including two luxury restaurants with terraces, an Italian restaurant, a buffet, a tapas bar, and a jazz bar. The resort also features two golf courses and tennis courts, as well as a spa and a business center with 17 meeting rooms.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Director or Marketing Director in a luxury hotel. You will also need to have a degree in Hotel Management or a related field and have knowledge of the high-end leisure segment. You will need to be proficient in Excel and have knowledge of hotel operations.
