Regional Sales Manager

At Tm Grupo Inmobiliario, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities within a designated geographic area for our real estate sector. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
