Job Title: Regional Hospital Pharmacy and Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As a Regional Hospital Pharmacy and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the hospital pharmacy strategy at a regional level, ensuring the best competitiveness for the Bio-Derma portfolio, and leading the sales team in the assigned territory (Catalonia, Levante, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands) to achieve sales growth, profit objectives through the complete optimization of resources, and the development of people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of the National Commercial Policy.
  • Manage the implementation of competitive intelligence processes to capture market opportunities and improve commercial policies and profitability of the Biodermatología portfolio.
  • Drive and ensure sustainable sales results through the direction of the assigned Sales team in the territory, as well as all operational sales activities in the field of Biodermatology.
  • Use a deep knowledge of biological products, patient journey, and payer needs to define and build an effective sales force structure for biological products.
  • Build and develop the Sales team (KAM).
  • Ensure timely recruitment, incorporation, and training of the biological sales team.
  • Establish and communicate clear responsibilities and provide sincere and effective feedback to team members.
  • Foster an environment where team members are motivated and support each other, and celebrate each other's successes.
  • Build high-performance teams, creating a culture of excellence in recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure execution of sales strategy through close link with the marketing team and providing feedback.
  • Plan and direct sales strategy, planning the use of all resources to optimize ROI (sales force structure, incentives, investments, etc.) ensuring compliance of all Sales team activities aligned with Commercial Excellence.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Commercial or Sales departments within the pharmaceutical industry and with hospital products in highly competitive markets.
  • Experience in team management and ability to demonstrate good past results through sustained performance over time.
  • Previous experience in working with Hospital Pharmacy is valued.
  • Ideal experience in Dermatology or other areas such as Immunology or Rheumatology, as well as with biological products.
  • Preferably university education in related areas.
  • Deep knowledge of business and the pharmaceutical industry.
