Salary: €21,000 per year (gross), based on local market conditions and a full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.

Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our operations, you will efficiently organize and book appointments for customers, manage multiple tasks, and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient or bilingual in Swedish with advanced English proficiency.

- Excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

- Previous experience in customer service or back-office roles is a plus.

Benefits:
