About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at TDCX. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email, phone, and chat.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Store customer-related data accurately in our systems
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide informed support
  • Live and apply the project mission of making healthcare more human


Requirements



  • Native-level proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in English
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and finding creative solutions
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • Valid EU passport or working visa
