About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Elastic. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee relations across our global business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations Management: Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to ensure consistent treatment of employees across our global business units.
  2. Investigations and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, including drafting reports, conducting interviews, and compiling documentation.
  3. Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with HR Partners and COEs to develop and implement policies and procedures to resolve employee relations issues.
  4. Analytics and Insights: Partner with HR Operations to analyze data and develop insights to inform people programs, policies, and practices.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve employee relations processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers, senior leaders, and HR colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Global Employee Relations Experience: Proven experience managing employee relations in a global organization.
  2. Investigation and Reporting Skills: Strong investigation and reporting skills, including the ability to draft defensible reports.
  3. Policy Development and Implementation: Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures to resolve employee relations issues.
  4. Analytics and Insights: Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform people programs, policies, and practices.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  6. Education and Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, including experience in employee relations.
