About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Mattel, responsible for managing a portfolio of IP brands and franchises across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Brand Management: Develop and implement regional brand strategies to drive business growth and achieve category objectives.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Brand Team, Regional Marketing Team, and local marketing teams, to ensure effective brand management and execution.
  3. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop actionable business insights to inform brand strategies.
  4. Brand Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of IP brands and franchises, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor brand performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, including sales data, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  6. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of brand managers and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving category objectives.
  3. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of seniority. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation tools.
  4. Language: Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages an advantage.
