Job Summary:

As a Therapy Development Coordinator EMEAA, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of EMEA customer engagements program. You will establish routine communication channels and cadence with stakeholders prior, during, and following customer engagement events. You will partner with supporting staff across functions to ensure timely execution of physician contracting and travel. You will provide a single point of contact for physicians and local field personnel to coordinate travel logistics. You will work with teams including Global R&D and EMEA marketing to create agendas for advisory lab sessions. You will coordinate equipment and supply readiness and shipping / customs paperwork for domestic and international events. You will create tools for tracking event execution to drive efficiency and process improvements. You will contribute to continuous improvement / innovation for future programs. You will create and manage specific tools to collect and analyze Voice of Customer.

Requirements:

BS in engineering discipline with 0-3 years of medical device experience. Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage dynamic situations. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative approach.
