Job SummaryWe are seeking an HR Legal Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling employee relations matters, including labor law compliance, contracts, and employee records.
Key Responsibilities- Be the point of contact for handling employees in Spain, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including seniority documents and categories.
- Control and update HR databases, such as SuccessFactors.
- Organize and participate in HR events and meetings.
- Coordinate between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.
- Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
- 3+ years of experience working in Employment Law.
- Practical knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
- Motivated to join the HR Department.
- Proactive, goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
