EMEA Business Solutions Lead

Are you a transformation expert looking to drive change and innovation in a global corporate environment? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Solutions Lead, responsible for partnering with senior business leaders to provide strategic leadership and identify pragmatic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in business solutioning and stakeholder management
- Partner with business owners to define product vision, goals, and requirements
- Establish a shared vision by building consensus on priorities
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs
- Drive Lean Management thinking and transition to Agile Development
- Support process automation implementation and production
- Engage internal and external resources to deliver successful solutions
- Assist in deploying program standards for effective delivery
- Enhance digital and process automation framework and monitor adoption
- Participate in developing best practice guidelines and training content
Qualifications & Experience:
- Transformation experience in a global corporate environment
- Demonstrable digital/business process engineering experience in consulting
- Successful experience in major automation/digital transformations
- Deep understanding of automation technologies
- Business value chain and opportunity assessment techniques
- Strong knowledge of digital and machine learning technologies
- Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred certification as a Green Belt Process Engineer
- Project Management certification and Agile experience
