Job Title: Transformation Business Solutions Lead

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Business Solutions Lead to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and process automation initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement business solutions that drive process automation and digital transformation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of process automation solutions using robotic process automation, intelligence scanning, and virtual process management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation to ensure effective delivery of business solutions.
  • Drive Lean Management thinking and transition to Agile Development methodologies to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Transformation experience in a global corporate footprint, preferably in financial services or insurance.
  • Demonstrable digital/business process engineering/business analysis experience in consulting.
  • Successful experience in major automation/digital transformations with a focus on top and bottom-line improvement.
  • Deep understanding of automation technologies, including robotic process automation, intelligence scanning, and virtual process management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital, machine learning, robotics, chatbots, BPM, and other automation-centric technologies.
  • Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree.
  • Preferred certification as a Green Belt Process Engineer or equivalent qualification.
  • Project Management certification and Agile experience.
