EMEA Sales Manager Power Electronics

Main Responsibilities

To strengthen our business in EMEA, we are seeking a Sales Manager Power Electronics in Spain. The respective person will determine, understand, develop, and manage opportunities in the Power electronics residential field.

  • Responsible for market share and sales targets in the region
  • Analyze and acquisition of new customers in the distribution and installation sector and further development of existing accounts
  • Building sustainable customer relationships through regular on-site visits
  • Regular presence at trade fairs and customer-related events
  • Good knowledge of own and competitor product portfolios (mainly modules and inverter)
  • Negotiating all contractual conditions; preparations of quotes
  • Market monitoring, ability to make reliable forecasts
  • Interface to order processing regarding supply, delivery, and payments
  • Participation in the bi-weekly calls and regular presence in the headquarters

  • Ability to work autonomously with high reliability, used to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization, including executive management in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customers' business
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
Language Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish for the vacancy in Spain, any other languages will be an advantage
