About the Role:
Audacious and results-driven Sales Director is sought to spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA. As a key member of the Arrow Electronics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, retention, and competitive displacement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of EMEA business developers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure sales targets are met.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Manage forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries, ensuring accurate sales projections and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs, with a focus on driving business growth and retention.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a matrix organization.
- Fluency in English, with fluency in additional European languages a plus.
- Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
